Intrigued by being a homeowner, I began studying real estate and bought my first investment property a couple of years later. Since then, I have purchased and sold dozens of investment properties. In doing so, I learned a great deal about real estate firsthand to the point where I became an unofficial advisor to my family and friends whenever they were in the market to buy or sell.
